Our World in COVID-19

Today and for the past many months, we are surviving the most intriguing and critical phase humankind has ever experienced. People who are going to work are contributing to their family and balancing themselves on a thin rope; one wrong step and, you may never breathe again.

This catastrophic phase has brought many people back to their ground who were once enjoying the privileges of richness and lavish lifestyle. But, the ones who were standing firmly on their feet turned out to be living on their knees. The whole human population got affected due to this hazardous sickness. It was not easy for any nation to create the vaccine, but cooperation among countries and health organizations provided more knowledge about the disease to people living around the world. Many countries are implementing procedures and measures to prevent the spreading of the disease. But the survival of every person is getting affected every day.

The faithful warriors are going out to work and making sure that their family has enough food on the table. They are not afraid of anything as they are risking themselves where illness can meet them at any point. Their family is the most vital regardless of any problems they face. Not everyone can do it, but someone has to take up the initiative to look out for their people. We hear about doctors, teachers, and soldiers getting up every day and doing their job. These people are performing the most significant roles in our lives. If our parents or even our neighbors work every day, we should not just ignore them but get inspired and thank them for what they are doing.

These heroes are around us, but sometimes we overlook the people who are now struggling even more to earn bread. Daily laborers working errands while some are moving from place to place in search of jobs during the pandemic brings a load of risk to their life. If you observe, the mendicants on the road are now less because they headed back to their villages to be safe and hoping to get a job there. So, instead of just chitchatting about it, we can help the people around us to find more ways to contribute to society and try to make it a better place for everyone.

The people have now entered the online realm. Some People living in different parts of the world do not have the knowledge or any idea about the online world. Some people do not know about social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, etc. As they had no interest and even their work was not online. Now people like them are accompanied by pressure and helplessness.  Everything is getting shifted to the online system. It is also creating a lot of problems for people around the world.

Only 48 percent of the human population has internet access, while the other portion has not even met the proper resources to live a decent life. Among that 48 percent, we have people who are incapable of using the internet, and some people have less connectivity, which has no significance. With all this turmoil, the future in this modern world gets affected. With no resources, one faces a burden on education and desires.

Look around yourself and help people as much as you can. The karma says, "You get what you give."  Surviving this pandemic, I think, we all are realizing that what we have given to this earth.

We all can come together to share our views, solutions, and ideas to defeat these problems but, in the end, what we want will not be possible if we do not progress.

Mother nature did and will nourish even without us. So, while we are here, let's take some initiatives towards this beautiful arcadia to make it more blissful and peaceful for every living being who shall live here.
